    Throughout this fall, a dedicated group of St. Paul high school and college students have worked on voter outreach in their schools and communities. Partnered with the League of Women Voters St. Paul (LWVSP), these 14 students from eight different schools created and disseminated a variety of projects related to voter registration, youth engagement, and early voting.

    A video recording of our live streamed event "Elections 2020: Protected or Infected?" is now available to watch on YouTube!

    This event featured, Nick Harper, the Civic Engagement Director for League of Women Voters of Minnesota, and Joelle Stangler, the Civic Engagement Director for Minnesota Voice, a coalition of non-profit organizations working toward permanent change in racial, social, and economic justice by increasing civic engagement and voter participation across the state, especially focused in underrepresented communities.

    Nick & Joelle discussed bills were introduced in the regular and special legislative sessions, how the pandemic impacted the legislative focus, and what changes are ahead for the August primary and the November general elections.
