Restorative Justice - What is it? How does it work?

Can a Restorative Justice approach break the cycle of repeat offenders in the justice system? 

Panelists:  John Choi, Ramsey County Attorney, will define the concept and discuss restorative practices in Ramsey County.  Roslyn Harmon, Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Center, will address their work with juveniles.  Tina Sigel, Program Manager, Restorative Justice Community Action, will discuss their work with adults and juveniles in Minneapolis and Hennepin County. Q and A will follow the panelists’ presentations. Co-sponsored by the Leagues of Women Voters Roseville Area and St. Paul, in cooperation with Ramsey County Library.
